Last week we ran an intensive bootcamp for the new VJs for Sky’s experimental broadband local news site – Tyne&Ware in Newcastle, UK.
This piece was shot, edited and produced in one day by VJ Dan Salisbury-Jones.
As you can see, it’s an incredibly engaging piece of television, and all done by one VJ.
If you’ve got the personality to pull this off, putting yourself into the piece can be enormously effective.
The idea of broadband and webcasting is to keep the viewer coming back for more.
I think Dan does exactly that.
Great job.
