This summer the Olympics are coming to London.
There are going to be millions of people there, most of them shooting video on their cameras and iPhones.
But in June, the month before the Olympics starts, we’re going to be running our own Olympic training bootcamp in London.
This one will be for what is not yet an Olympic sport – but one never knows. (I mean they made bowling an Olympic sport in 1988!).
We’re partnering with The Guardian, probably the best newspaper in the world.
(They are the same folks who broke the Rupert Murdoch phone hacking scandal – among many other things).
For four amazing days, join Lisa and me and our staff of top trainers as we take you through the ropes and teach you how to make broadcast quality video on your own.
Of course, you don’t have to be an Olympic athlete to train with us.
It’s good enough if you own your own business and want to add video to your website, or want to start your own video production company – or even if you want to make travel videos or home videos that are compelling enough to want to watch!
This is the world’s best video training course. Â Just ask any of the more than 30,000 people who have already taken it – or some of our professional clients, who range from The BBC to Conde Nast to The United Nations and many many more.
The course will be run at the editorial offices of The Guardian at Kings Cross June 19-22nd.
In that time you will learn to shoot, script, edit, structure a compellings story, upload, and lots more.
It’s a real hands-on experience and you’ll make two complete videos during the four days – with lots of shooting in and around London.
And, for NYVS members, we’re offering a 20% discount.
Can you beat that?
If you’ve got any questions, feel free to get in touch with me directly.
Looking forward to seeing you in London this summer.
We’ll have a cupper and some marmite (or maybe not).
