Nice work by Clifford Gow Videographer Clifford Gow took the video bootcamp filmmaking course in Northern Ireland. This is the short film he shot during the trainsing session.
As you can see, he’s found 3 great characters in a uniquely British hobby – trainspotting.
Trainspotters in the UK like to run around the country finding trains and then writing down their engine numbers. The object (if there is one) is to collect as many engine numbers as you can.
Like I said, a uniquely British hobby.
Overlooking that part, note how Cliff has constructed the film Three small profiles. He has no narration. Instead, he let’s the power of the characters carry the story. It works incredibly well. The soundtrack doesn’t hurt either.
